NextStep ABA Center is a new center-based Applied Behavior Analysis clinic opening in Livonia, Michigan, dedicated to helping children with autism develop communication, behavioral, and life skills in a supportive and engaging environment. Our clinic is being built from the ground up and will feature a newly designed therapy space, brand-new equipment, and a modern clinic environment focused on providing high-quality therapy services for children and families.

We are seeking a Founding Clinical Director (BCBA) who is excited about helping build a new clinic culture, lead clinical programs, and work in a collaborative environment where clinicians have a strong voice in how the program operates. This role offers the opportunity to shape the clinical environment from day one and grow with the organization as the clinic expands.
